Main Responsibilities
- Draw and modify P&ID using AVEVA Diagrams software, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with process engineers, designers, and project managers to gather necessary data and incorporate it into the P&ID drawings.
- Optimize and automate drafting processes using intelligent P&ID features.
- Perform regular quality checks and verifications of drawings to ensure their accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team in the use of AVEVA Diagrams software.
- Maintain and update the P&ID database, ensuring all changes and modifications are accurately recorded.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience using AVEVA Diagrams or similar P&ID drafting software.
- Knowledge of process engineering, plant design, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and managing intelligent P&IDs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Familiarity with other design and engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SmartPlant P&ID) is a plus.
